Cool!

Now somebody else has to try and see if it works for them.
Note I checked out build #17 and found that the zip file had
gpg4win-3.1.16.exe inside, it would be an improvement to
add an indicator that this is a git development build.
Something like
  gpg4win-3.1.16-devXYZ.exe
with devXYZ being the short git hash?

Just want to make sure nobody mixes this up with the real installer later.
