[Gpg4win-users-de] Create german forum?

Hi,

I see many german postings into the "general discussion" forum of Gpg4win.

I think we should better create a seperate forum open-discussion-de
"Allgemeine Diskussion in deutsch" to seperate the german from the english parts.

Objections? Comments?
