So, habe heute mal ausgiebig getestet (1 Notebook funktioniert, 1
anderes nicht).
Eins schonmal vorweg: Bei uns ist docch nicht Outlook 2003 SP3 im
Einsatz, sondern SP2 (11.8118.8132).
Auf beiden Notebooks ist dieselbe Outlook und GPG4Win-Version
installiert. GPG4Win wurde jeweils incl. GPG2 installiert.
Word ist bei beiden Maschinen nicht als EMail-Editor eingestellt.
Beide GPGol's sind so eingestellt, dass Sie die Mails jeweils auch für
den eigenen Schlüssel lesbar verschlüsseln.
Mein Notebook verschlüsselt wie ein Weltmeister, sowohl im HTML- als
auch im Nur-Text-Format. Auf dem anderen Notebook ist es nur möglich, zu
verschlüsseln, wenn man entweder keinen Text eingibt und nur ein
Attachment anfügt (Attachment wird dann verschlüsselt) oder wenn man im
HTML-Format verschickt (Text und Attachment werden verschlüsselt).
Nun fiel mir auf, dass auf dem Problemkind eine Zonealarm Firewall
installiert ist und ein sogenannter "Basic MailSafe" aktiviert war.
Diesen habe ich im Zonealarm deaktiviert und im Outlook zusätzlich das
dazugehörige AdIN gelöscht, anschliessend Outlook neugestartet. Leider
ohne Erfolg. Danach habe ich zur Sicherheit Zonealarm komplett
deaktiviert, auch keine Besserung.
Ich habe nun bei beiden Rechnern das Debug-Logfile eingeschaltet und
dann mal verglichen. Allerdings werde ich nicht richtig schlau aus den
Logfiles. Könnte sich die bitte mal jemand ansehen?
