There is professional support offered from the combination of the companies
g10code, Intevation KDAB!  We could set up a document that we give you support
by the hour if needed.

The Gpg4win manual should be a good start for explanations.
The used crypto tool GnuPG is well known and used internationally, maybe you 
can show him some larger vendors like Redhat using it.
