[Gpg4win-users-en] [GPGOL] Messages goes not ok decripted by PGP

Send an message with Outlook 2003 and GPGol 0.9.91 (gpg4win 1.0.8) and
open it with Outlook 2000 and PGP 6.5.8.

Accents goes wrong. This:

Is show like this in the decripted e-mail in Outlook 2000:

I've tried to change the encoding to many formats on send and on
receive, but nothing makes this works. The html attached file goes ok.
