[Gpg4win-users-en] Installing IDEA on Windows XP

Hello, all!

I am installing gpg4win-1.1.3.exe on Windows XP for a friend. I want
to install the IDEA module so he can use my old RSA key (yes, I have
been using PGP that long!).

Would someone tell me 1) in what directory to install the idea.dll
file (I don't think this matters that much), 2) where exactly the
gpg.conf file is on Windows XP with this installer (I know where it
is under Mac OS X and Debian Linux), and 3) exactly what to put in
gpg.conf ("load-extension idea" doesn't work; maybe "load-extension
"C:\Program Files/Exact/Path/to/GPG/idea.dll""?).

Thanks in advance for any assistance you can provide. I use computers
alot, but mostly use Mac OS X and Debian Linux, so any Windows
tidbits you can not take for granted would be appreciated.

Sincerely,
