Again the gpg4win ftp server isn't working well... Making it hard to
verify signatures and to download...
I downloaded gpg4win-1.1.3.exe from the Norwegian backup server and made
a torrent of the file. I also made a torrent of the signatures(which I
finally got from your ftp server).

Developers, please put the torrents on the download page. With torrents
every client downloading the file also acts like a server uploading the
content to others. Torrents is great way for users to help share the
gpg4win package, resulting in less load on your ftp server.
(When you add torrents to the download page, please don't put the
.torrent files on your ftp-server, but rather on your web server!)
