No, as I said, it only works in 32 bit Explorer. The default on Windows
x64 is 64 bit Explorer.

Thus GpgEX does not work at all on 64 bit Windows unless the user makes
the effort to run the non-standard Explorer (in which case he cannot
then use his standard 64 bit shell extensions).

If GpgEX is distributed as 32 bit only then very, very few people will
run it on 64 bit Windows. I think that would be unfortunate.
