[Gpg4win-users-en] URL's cause Outlook to hang

I recently installed the new version 2.  Whenever I click on a link in
an email Outlook hangs for around 90 seconds.  I would like to disable
GpgOL or uninstall it to see if it is causing the problem.  How can I
do this?
