No, sorry, don't use Outlook, I use The Bat! (RITLabs).

But JFTR, and for anyone else using TB! adding this to your Reply template
is the solution:

%TO=""%TO="gpg4win-users-en at wald.intevation.org"

I'm not really familiar with Outlook, but would using Outlook templates with
the Rules Wizard be a solution? That is, setting up and assigning a reply
template for this list?
