I do not know what email client you are using (I was unable to
determine from your headers). I use sylpheed and in the options menu I
have a box I can tick which determines whether replies are to the list
or the the original sender. I see Sorin is using MS Outlook - I believe
there is an option there too but I have not used Outlook very much so
am not certain. 

It should not be necessary to make changes elsewhere - although some
list settings sometimes direct replies to go to individuals rather than
the list.
