[Gpg4win-users-en] right paren toggles ruler in Compose window

You've probably (mistakenly) set that for the 'show ruler' hot key.
To remove it, select the Tools/Show ruler menu item and hit the
'delete' key.

Consider turning off 'enable customisable keyboard shotcuts' in the
prefs (Other/miscellaneous) to prevent yourself from doing something
that again.
