I think you mean Gpg4win v2.0.2 (with GpgOL 1.1.1), right?

Your Screenshot (Clipboard01.jpg) shows a conflict. Looks like you havn't a
OpenPGP certificate for your test email address "JanV at local" ("TO" field).

Please test again with a email address which is contained in one of your
(private) certificates.
Simple test: You can try to send a sign and/or encrypted message from your
address to your address.

A _current_ GpgOL log (from GpgOL 1.1.1) could help if there is still a
Instructions (German only, sorry):

-> set key "enableDebug" to value "1"
-> set key "logFile" to value, e.g. "C:\tmp\gpgol.log"

More technical details for GpgOL see: $INSTDIR\share\doc\gpgol\gpgol.pdf
