If you mean this old 64 bit blocksize encryption algorithm as used by
PGP 2: No, there is no way to do this.
IDEA is an obsolete algorithm. The only use pattern for this is to
re-encrypt messages once encrypted with PGP 2: Use PGP 2 to decrypt and
encrypt it again with GPG.
Modern algorithms feature a 128 bit blocksize and are far better
cryptanalyzed than the patended IDEA algorithm
