You mean on windows?
I don't know, I haven't tried.

If you want to know about Gnupg2 in general I you could ask
on the gnupg-users@ list.

Again: No idea.
If you can do the same thing on a GNU system and it does not crash, I think it 
probably should not crash on windws either. Then you could try to use gdb to 
see why it is crashing.
