[Gpg4win-users-en] GPG crashes on windows 2008 R2 on first run

When I run GPG from the command line it 
crashes with the following error

Faulting application gpg2.exe, version 
0.0.0.0, faulting module unknown, version 
0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x00000000, exception 
code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x00000000, 
process id 0xe08,.

This only happens on the first time it is 
run. After it has been run once it will no 
longer error with this message. If I log out 
of that account and back in again the first 
time GPG runs it will crash.

I have added GPG.exe and GPG2.exe to the DEP 
list but still each time GPG starts for the 
first time it crashes. I have even disabled 
DEP on the windows 2008 R2 32bit machien yet 
it still crashes. The user is a local Admin 
but it is not the Adminiatrator account. 
(the Administrator account works with out 
problems)


Any help on this would be great,
