Enter 

   gpgconf --list-dir

you get a colon separated list.  Watch out for the line starting with
“homedir” in the first column.  The next column is the directory you are
looking for.  Note that values are percent escaped (e.g. the colon in a
DOS file name is encoded as “%3a”).
