[Gpg4win-users-en] Removing GPG4Win

How do I completely remove all taces of GPG4Win from my Windows 7
system? My installation has got corrupted, and reinstalling over the
top doesn't fix it, so I want to do a complete bare-bones reinstall.
Unfortunately it's always detecting that there's a previous
installation, so clearly I've not found all of the trail it has left
on my system.
