I think that you need at least your private keys and public keys. If
you have modified your gpg.conf* you might want to backup it too.
To get your public keys and private keys, run

> gpg --export -a > pubring.asc gpg --export-secret-keys -a >
> secring.asc

in cmd.exe. I'm not sure does cmd.exe support > to forward output. I
am Linux user and I haven't used Windows in a long time, but I have
GPG4Win installed on Windows.

*=I haven't ever found this file. I think that it might be somewhere
in ApplicaltionData.
