Two possibilities:

In your gpg.conf file there should be an option named: "comment"
followed by the above text. Comment this option, type # before comment.

and/or
In the same gpg.conf file there should be an option
named "emit-version". If you comment it, the version will not be shown.


I'm sorry I can't help you better with the location of gpg.conf in your
Windows configuration, I'm a Mac user.

You can display any comment that you seem appropriate by enabling a
comment line in gpg.conf.
