[Gpg4win-users-en] command line functionality

Hi, I am familiar with PGP Corporation's "PGP Desktop" and "PGP Command
Line" (now with Symantec). As I see the GpG4Win screenshots, it seems it
covers what PGP Desktop provides (while PGP Disk is not seen at the
surface).

My question is around the "command line" - can I do key generartion, key
ring management, and encryption/decryptiow without the GUI, in the same way
I can use "pgp.exe" to do the same tasks?
