As a quick workaround:

Open a shell (cmd.exe window) and run

  gpgsm --export-secret-key-p12 <USERID> > foo.p12

For the USERID you may use the fingerprint, the keyid, or the subject
name.  Use 

  gpgsm --list-secret-keys <USERID>

to check whether the USERID is what you want.
