Sorry for that.  This is related to the

 * Prepared building with the forthcoming Libgcrypt 1.6.

The question marks are placeholders for ECDH and ECDSA which are not
supported in 2.0 (only in 2.1, which is still beta).  The reason for the
question marks is that the list of supported algorithms is detected at
runtime by enumerating the algorithms supported by Libgcrypt and the
standard.  Due to changes in Libgcrypt 1.6 some internal mappings had to
be implemented which unfortunately introduced this bug.  It is however
only an informational message and not relevant for the internal working.
