[Gpg4win-users-en] Error when decrypting a file with kleopatra

I had forgotten that the file extension mattered because kleopatra does not 
know which command to start when she does not know the extension.  But I can 
reproduce getting this error just by changing the file extension.

It's a bug / missing feature. And the error message is especially bad. :/
