I GUESS probably is a false positive, but security and guessing
usually are not good friends.
I checked full version using Virustotal.com and of 56 antivirus used
on that site, only 4 detected something. And I know one of the
antivirus that detected it as a virus is known to produce some false
positives, I don't know the others.
I also checked light version using http://virusscan.jotti.org/
I couldn't check the full version because of the file size limit,
but since you said both full and light are detected the same...
This time, only 1 of 26 antivirus used detected something.
Now, since in virustotal, only 7% of the AVs detected something, and
in jotti only 4% of the AVs detected something, I strongly suspect it
is a false positive (since among the AVs that didn't found any virus
are some AVs with a strong reputation, like Kaspersky, Nod32, and
others). Comodo, on the other hand, while it's my favourite, it is
known to give false positives from time to time (but when that
happens, I use virustotal, and trust democracy).
But again, I'm still guessing, so if you want to be 99.9999% sure it
is not a virus, wait for an answer from gpg4win people ;)
