[Gpg4win-users-en] Copy-paste deactivated in Gpg4win 2.2.2

I'm not entirely sure if you guys are awaiting a response from me. If
so, or if I can assist with this issue in any way, please let me know. I
would be very happy to see it fixed in a future release.
