That is just fine.  gpg closed the connection to the agent after having
received the passphrase.  Thus you problem is within gpg - it could
simply be that this is the wrong passphrase.  Check the output of gpg -
run it on the command line:

 gpg -v YOURFILE

If gpg is not in your PATH you need to use the \YOURINSTALLDIR\pub\gpg
