[Gpg4win-users-en] Is there a way to operate Gpg via command line portably from a USB stick

I see. Having re-installed GnuPG on my stick and set the path in Command
Prompt, the path at least now shows. It was asking for a bin location, a
folder included in GnuPG. To test it properly I'd want to uninstall all
trace of Gpg on the system so it only has the stick available, but
hopefully that will work.
Thanks for the assistance.
