[Gpg4win-users-en] Umlauts in revocation comment

Ok, thanks for the info. I will file a bug.

Another strange behavior (or is it the same problem?) I did encounter today:
I open a new command line, change its codepage to 65001 (UTf-8) and
start generating a revocation certificate. (gpg 1.4.19)
When I am asked to input the revocation reason I enter "Hallöäüchen".
When gpg presents me my input to confirm it, the umlauts are gone
already. I assume this is not intended?
(see attachment)

When trying to create a revocation certificate with gpg 2.0 instead of
gpg 1.4 it states the following error:

C:\Program Files (x86)\GNU\GnuPG_2.0.26>gpg2 --gen-revoke asd

sec  4096R/837ADDF9 2015-03-25 asd <@.>

Ein Widerrufszertifikat für diesen Schlüssel erzeugen? (j/N) gpg: Fatal:
WriteConsole failed: 63 != 61

Best regards

Create a revocation certificate for this key? (y/N) y
Please select the reason for the revocation:
  0 = No reason specified
  1 = Key has been compromised
  2 = Key is superseded
  3 = Key is no longer used
  Q = Cancel
(Probably you want to select 1 here)
Your decision? 3
Enter an optional description; end it with an empty line:
> Hallöäüchen
>
Reason for revocation: Key is no longer used
Hallchen
Is this okay? (y/N) y

You need a passphrase to unlock the secret key for
user: "asd <@.>"
4096-bit RSA key, ID 837ADDF9, created 2015-03-25

ASCII armored output forced.
Revocation certificate created.

Please move it to a medium which you can hide away; if Mallory gets
access to this certificate he can use it to make your key unusable.
It is smart to print this certificate and store it away, just in case
your media become unreadable. But have some caution: The print system of
your machine might store the data and make it available to others!
