[Gpg4win-users-en] Gpg4win gpg-agent and "modern" GnuPG

Hi, 
just saw a user report that a gpg4win installation
reported an too old gpg-agent and that it could not find
the secret key when trying to create a revocation certificate
on the command line.

All with 2.1.8 **modern** installed.
As far as I remember this is the second report by someone who tried
the **modern** version on Gpg4win. 

Maybe we should place a hint somewhere, that it currently is not fully 
compatible?
