Thanks for your report.

I'm pretty sure that the underlying problem is that pinentry-gtk is installed 
even if only kleopatra is selected this will pull in all the Gtk / Glib 
dependencies.

I'll fix it so that pinentry-gtk is only installed if GPA is installed, too.

Similarly if GPA is installed and not Kleopatra pinentry-qt should not be 
installed.

Still if both are not installed I'd like to install pinentry-qt so that there 
is at least a decent pinentry dialog available even if you only use gnupg from 
the commandline or other applications like Thunderbird / Enigmail. The 
pinentry-w32 fallback does not provide dynamic layout and as such results in 
broken layouts so I don't consider it preferable over installing qt libraries.
