Use one of the https://wiki.gnupg.org/Gpg4win/Testversions .

Some file usage will conflict. Otherwise you can use both on the same
GnuPG home directory. See

Using 2.0.29 from the stable Gpg4win is the stable option.
Only if you want to help testing (and do not have a production use case)
you shall use a Gpg4win testversion. :)
