Depending on the access you have: Sure. You need to serve it through HTTPS
though. FTP can't be used.
All you really need is to provide your key in the hashed format under a
specific URL:
You can get the hash by using "gpg --with-wkd -k foo at bar.baz"
See for example:
https://heinecke.or.at/.well-known/openpgpkey/hu/
That one is for "andre at heinecke.or.at"
