I was curious and looked: The file has DOS line endings (CR+LF)
When converting it to just LF or first letting certtool parse it,
gpgsm accepts it, e.g.:
curl https://api.openkeys.de/api/certificate/brandmauer.de/eric.weis/ | certtool -i | gpgsm --import -
