[Gpg4win-users-en] Run as regular (not admin) user

Hello Frieds of Gpg4win,

on the wiki there is now an explanation
why most parts of Gpg4win should run as regular user, not as administrator:

Is this understandable?
Or did I miss a major argument?

Also I'm grateful for links that explain the good practice
for Microsoftware applications in a nice ways.
