[Gpg4win-users-en] gpa (Gnu Privacy Assistant) is missing in gpg4win-4.1.0.exe

I did a clean install of gpg4win-4.1.0.exe (i.e. I uninstalled the previous version, rebooted my computer and installed the latest version.)
Post-installation, there is no gpa (Gnu Privacy Assistant). I do not know the reasons for not including it with gpg4win-4.1.0.exe.

Please, could you tell me how to install this nifty software?
