You can also do this on the command line on Windows. Otherwise Kleopatra can 
do this through clicking.

In our installation directory you will find under the bin subfolder a linux 
like sha256sum. On modern windows there are other tools from the system, you 
can do a websearch for that. But we have the simple linux sha256sum.

Kleopatra can also verify checksum files through the UI using this tool, but 
this only works if the files are formatted in a specific manner.
