[Gpg4win-users-en] GPA still listed for 4.1.0 somewhere

which list were you looking at?
(I've checked a few and did not see GPA anymore.)

It is a defect in the list as GPA is not distributed anymore with 4.1.0,

- GPA: So long, and thanks for all the fish.  To reduce maintenance
  and overall quality of Gpg4win we have decided to retire
  GPA. Over the last decade Kleopatra has made large improvements
  in quality and is very well maintained and the focus of our
  development.
