--allow-shutdown shouldn't be necessary when run manually.  That option is 
only interesting for automated tests.

I'll assume that you did not use InteProxy as an http-proxy and you didn't 
specify anything for frida.intevation.org in proxy-config.cfg.  At least 
that's how I can reproduce the problem.  It's fixed in SVN now with rev. 39.
