[Inteproxy-devel] InteProxy 0.3.1 released

Hello,

the new version 0.3.1 is release. Get it from
http://wald.intevation.org/frs/?group_id=23

There is a Windows installer as well, for English and German.
The documentation has been extended according to the changes
and new features (both, German and English).

This release fixes a single problem.

Here is the detailed list of changes:

* Correction: For the web-proxy method,
InteProxy will not any more connect HTTP via
the HTTPS proxy. This led to problems
for some intranet proxy configurations and
resulted e.g. in problems using the web browser.
