THis seems correct, but I am not sure about the windows-setup at the
moment. I have CCed the inteproxy-devel-list to include more experts in
your question.

It seems that InteProxy cannot find the way out of your network to
contact the remote server. When I was playing with it I had some issues
the the http_proxy environment variable to set right, but I have to
leave that for the pros to answer, I am unsure about the correct
settings.
