[Skencil-users] No rulers and guide lines on x86_64

Hi Bernhard,
I remeber that I promised to expose sK1 snapshot. Recently we got better LAN
connection, therefore I now prepare project migration on SourceForge SNV. I
think it can takes several days, because project should be compilable.
