Actually such a support would need to be implemented in GPG. WinPT just
uses a high-level API to access the card. But IMHO the Belgian ID card
is already supported.

OK, but if you issue an OpenPGP signature with your card does it also
mean it's legal? Here the signature law is only applicable when some
requirements are met.

I'm not sure what interface the .NET environment provides, but I guess
it is something like PCSC. First we need to check if there is already
support in GPG. But then I guess only the actual crypto keys are used
to produce OpenPGP data. I'm not sure this is what you want.

Yes, we use Linux/mingw32 to build the binary.

Currently I don't have enough time for it. I work hard to release 
version 1.0 of WinPT this year and before I can do it, there are
several modules I need to revamp a little.
