It's good to have SOCKS v4a support 'cause it allows to use WinPT/GnuPG
with FINGER and LDAP key servers via Tor without DNS leaks.
In some programs (Firefox, for example) it's called SOCKS v5 with
resolving names via proxy or something like this.
Now I can use only HKP and HTTP key servers via Tor and Privoxy (because
GnuPG/WinPT supports only HTTP proxy).
BTW, I'm not able to use Tor hidden key servers via WinPT, but can use
them via GnuPG. I will probably describe problem in an another message.
