I've to admit that I do not understand the problem. In the
past I tried several times to reproduce it but without
success. I thought it would be related to cygwin builds,
but then somebody without a cygwin gpg binary reported
the problem.

Where did you get the gpg binary?

I use the official binary from gnupg.ogr and it works for me.
And BTW, I need some more information about your machine
(OS type, ...)

The problem is that the list is closed and thus only subscriber
can post. We need this restriction due to heavy SPAM.
