Please do not do it manually if you can avoid it. I will release 0.11.6
tomorrow morning.

If you really have trouble and it's serious (which means you cannot
use the default gpg home dir $APPDATA\gnupg), try to change the
"HomeDir" in the registry HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Gnu\GnuPG
and the "gpgProgram".
