[Winpt-users] Note for 0.11.8.1

OK. The file was inside the zip package and it also was prooperly extracted 
to the right folder. The problem was I did not realize that it had a 
different (although very similar) name.

It must be inside winpt-0.11.8.1-exe.zip. I double checked this.
The name of the dll is _not_ gpgme.dll but libgpgme-11.dll. Due
to the fact that other already confirmed that it works, you either
downloaded the wrong file or another problem occured.
