Since v4.3, QtSslSocket is part of QtNetwork. It's a compile-time, but not a 
link-time dependency, afaict, and it seems to be an optional runtime 
dependency, and Qt has all sorts of GPL exceptions, one of them for the 
license of OpenSSL. So, by not including OpenSSL in the installer, I hope 
we're on the safe side here.
