[Gpg4win-devel] Preparing first beta of Gpg4win Kompendium 3.0

Hello,

thanks to Emanuels intensive work, the new Kompendium (the german version)
is now almost (only a matter of 1 or 2 hours)  ready for first beta release (3.0.0-beta1).

Does anything speak against doing a official release of the Kompendium, ie.
create a new module on the Gpg4win Wald download area etc.?
