I found this critical issue with gpg4win-2.0.2 and gpg4win-2.0.3-svn1404 
(incl. is-socket-patch):

kolab/issue4378 (gpgsm process blocks pinentry window if sending a smime 
signed message with gpgol) [1]

Can anybody confirm this behavior?
